Report by the Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court.

On January 8th, 1886, Writs of Summons (A. 11 and 12 of 1886) were taken out in the Summary Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, through their Solicitors, Messrs: Motton + Deacon, by Low Sheong and Lam Yun (therein described as traders carrying on business in copartnership with each other under the style or firm of Wing Kat at No. 69, Bonham Strand (Victoria), against Lam Ju and Su Mui for $250 and $500 respectively for goods sold and delivered.

On January 15, 1886, the Plaintiffs obtained judgment for the amount claimed in both cases, and on the same day Writs of Execution were issued against the Defendants.
